Other Courses

The Department of Medicine offers a number of other courses to graduates in science, medicine and other disciplines. These range from short courses to longer degrees by research.

• Master of Science (MSc) or Master of Philosophy (MPhil) - available to science graduates; graduates with other qualifications may be considered
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) - available to medical graduates
• Advanced Medical Science (AMS) - available to medical students
• Graduate Diploma in Drug Evaluation and Pharmaceutical Sciences - available to graduates in medicine, pharmacy or science; others who can demonstrate relevant work experience in academia, government, industry or hospital medicine will also be considered
• Neuroscience Clinical Research courses, including Specialist Certificate in Clinical Research (Neuroscience), Graduate Diploma in Clinical Research and Master in Clinical Research - available to graduates in the medical, nursing and allied health disciplines, or anyone interested in developing or improving their skills to conduct clinical research

The undergraduate medical degree (MBBS) is not administered through our department. Please see the School of Medicine website for more information on medical degree enrolment and applications.
